Tänne ei olekaan tullut kirjoiteltua ei sitten koskaan, mutta nyt kun on pidemmän aikaa harvinaislaatuisen tylsää ja aikaa on kaikin mahdollisin keinoin tapettava niin jaetaan sitten hieman omia mielipiteitä musiikkimaailman tapahtumiin liittyen.

Noin niinkuin tulevaisuutta ajatellen bloggaukset tulevat koskemaan lähinnä tuoretta materiaalia, tästä tekstistä poiketen. Nyt kun ei jaksa keksiä mitään uutta mistä kirjoittelisi niin laitetaan toisaalle vuodatettu teksti muutaman kuukauden takaa:

Suosittelen: September - Love CPR

Tällä kertaa otetaan katsaus viime kuussa ilmestyneeseen Septemberin levyyn Love CPR, tarkalleen lätty julkaistiin 14.2.

Kyseessä on ruotsalaislaulajattaren neljäs studioalbumi. Levyltä löytyy yhteensä 19 biisiä joista viisi viimeistä ruotsiksi. Mukana on myös singlenä hyvin huomiota saanut Resuscitate Me. Septemberin soundi puri meikäläiseen jo vuosia takaperin ja olikin merkittävänä tekijänä musiikkimaun muutokseen. Samankaltainen hyvätempoinen meno jatkuu nytkin ja täytyy sanoa että Love CPR on yksi ehyimpiä kokonaisuuksia mitä on vähään aikaan vastaan kävellyt.

Valtaosa kappaleista on nopeatempoisempaa pop-musiikkia, mutta mukaan mahtuu myös pari rauhallisempaa biisiä. Niistä tyätyy kyllä sanoa, ettei ole ihan ko artistin juttu, mutta ne kyllä annetaan helposti anteeksi. Jos levyltä löytyy yli 10 aivan loistavaa biisiä niin ei tarvitse kauaa miettiä onko kyseessä hitti vai floppi. Kaikenkaikkiaan tämä jättää melko sanattomaksi ellei yleisö sitten halua lukea useita kappaleita, joissa toistetaan samaa asiaa: loistava kokonaisuus. Erityismaininnat voidaan antaa kolmelle avausbiisille joilla bileet saadaan jo kunnolla käyntiin: Party In My Head, Resuscitate Me & Something's Going On.

Ei muuta kuin kuuntelemaan ja juhlimaan jälleen yhtä musiikin riemuvoittoa!
