Walesilainen metalcore –yhtye Bullet For My Valentine julkaisi kolmannen pitkäsoittonsa 26. huhtikuuta. Albumi nousi suoraan virallisen listan kolmanneksi. Sijoitus on yhtyeen paras tähän mennessä Suomessa, edellinen albumi Scream Aim Fire oli korkeimmillaan sijalla 8.

Fever -albumin on tuottanut Don Gilmore (Linkin Park) ja miksannut Chris Lord Alge. Albumia on kehuttu brittimediassa yhtyeen parhaimmaksi tähän mennessä.

Vuonna 1998 perustettu Bullet For My Valentine tunnettiin alkuvuosinaan mm. Metallica- ja Nirvana -covereita soittavana yhtyeenä. 80-luvun old school thrashistä vaikutteita ottanut joukkue on napannut tarttuvia vokaaleja, aggressiivisia riffejä sekä melodioita arvostamiltaan kokoonpanoilta kuten Metallica, Iron Maiden, Slayer ja Megadeth.

Bullet For My Valentine on julkaissut kaksi studioalbumia; debyyttialbuminsa The Poisonin vuonna 2005 ja toisen albumin Scream, Aim, Fire vuonna 2008. Yhtye on myynyt yhteensä 2 miljoonaa levyä ja juhlinut useiden kansainvälisten musiikkiaviisien kansissa. Sen tunnetuimpia biisejä ovat "Scream Aim Fire", "Hearts Burst Into Fire" ja "Tears Don't Fall". Bändi on käynyt keikoilla Suomessa useaan otteeseen, ja saapuu myös ensi kesän Seinäjoen Provinssirockiin.
