What a greath suprice to hear from you and Ollie (that's how I called him). What a beautifull pictures! I'm very happy too hear from you (and Orlando)!
When he was 3,5 years old I bought him at a sales stable. He was such a lovely horse. We started from te beginning, with easy training, and he liked every thing. He was always very smart and picked the things so easy up. When we were in the class M2, I had some problems. When I was 18 years old, I broke my back. So my back isn't that flexibel anymore and that was a problem with riding at that moment. In the M2 my sitting was a problem, so we didn't do that greath in the games. I didn't want that, Orlando is a super horse. So my husband: John, started Orlando at the games (Z1 level, till we sold him). At home I trained him, because it was still My boy! At home I didn't have the presure from the games, so everything was easier and not stressfull. Orlando likes to jump too, and we make a lot of ridings in the woods.
At one day John was training Orlando and a men (Ben van Mierlo) came here and asked if we wanted to sell the black horse, he was looking for a big horse, mail, in the Z1 dressage level. He prommised me that he would came at a super adress, so we said yes. Orlando have had already a vet.check and he was perfect (they told me in the clinic). They new owner didn't want a new vet.check, because the clinic in Someren is a very good one. When he left, we where very sad and missed him a lot.
I googled a lot to find him, but had no matches. Asked Ben for it, but he didn't give an answer. It's great to hear from him. It's such an adorable horse. So very special and lovely. I'm happy that he find a good home. He deserves that. When I look at the pictures, a smile come on my face. You are good (horse) people: Ollie looks greath!
Give Ollie a very big hug from me! I hope you and your daughter will have a beautifull time with Orlando.
Thank you for let me know!
