Juuri julkaistu Metallica-yhtyeen albumi Death Magnetic on pelkällä ennakkomyynnillä ylittänyt 40 000 myydyn kappaleen tuplaplatinalevyrajan.

60 000 myydyn albumin triplaplatinakin on jo lähellä. Rick Rubinin tuottamaa levyä tilattiin kauppoihin ennakkoon 55 000 kappaletta.

Metallica on perustettu vuonna 1981. Bändi on myynyt maailmanlaajuisesti yli 100 miljoonaa albumia.

54min sitten lähti käyntiin Metallica Päivä ja Death Magnetic julkaistiin ja miljoonat ihmiset jonottavat ostamaan sitä tälläkin hetkellä ympäri maailmaa!!!!

Ensi yönä voidaan levykauppojen edessä nähdä mustia jonoja. Heviyhtye Metallican pitkään odotettu uusi albumi Death Magnetic saa myyntiluvan torstain ja perjantain välisenä yönä kello 00.00.

Tällöin vannoutuneimmat fanit hakevat lempimusiikkinsa ulos kaupasta. Levynjulkistamistunnelmaa nostatetaan myös ennen puolta yötä mm. Metallican Suomen-fanien julkisissa bileissä Helsingissä.

Suomesta metallifaneja löytyy moneenkin jonoon, sillä levykaupat ovat varanneet uutta albumia myyntiin jopa 50.000 kappaletta.
