It's something sacred, something so beautiful
Something quiet to ease my mind

You live in a world,
where righteousness and evil
Seem very far apart, but
That is not The real world.

Like a crossword,

I open my eyes
I try to see but I'm blinded
By the white light
I can't remember how

The day a door is closed

Certain things are in God's hands
but for everything else God Has
given us the gift of choice

Just washing it aside
All of the helplessness inside
Pretending I donÂ’t feel misplaced
ItÂ’s so much simpler than change

Sometimes I remember
The darkness of my past
Bringing back these memories
I wish I didn’t have
Sometimes I think of letting go
And never looking back
And never moving forward so
There’d never be a past

What if I got it wrong?
And no poem or song
Could put right what I got wrong
Or make you feel I belong.

Every step that you take
Could be your biggest mistake
It could bend or it could break
