hernekeittoa + 2 palaa pannukakkua ja vadelmahiolloa

mun tekee mieli lisää ruispalaa.. ehkä oon villi ja syön vielä 1 leivän... eli 2 palaa... :P

Kaikki oli kunnossa, hb:a ei mitattu kun viimeksi mitattiin ja ain ollut yli 130.
Ja paino oli tippunut 600g 2 viikossa! :) Jatkan siis ruokapäiväkirjojani.
Näillä mitoilla siis lähtöpainoon tullut lisää 1,8kg :)

2 viikon päästä ois ollut sit se viimonen lekurinla, mutta otettiin multa se lekurikäynti pois ja on vaan tavallinen neuvola, koska siitä seuraavalla viikolla mulla on ä.polilla kuitenkin lekuri, niin turha tuolla sitten ronkkia ja luotan kyllä paremmin ä.polin lekuriin. :)
Danylla on kyllä se 1,5v lekuri siinä sitten samalla parin viikon päästä.

Onneksi DAny nukkui hyvin.
vasempiin kylkiluihin vihloo, kääntyminen, nouseminen, kumartuminen, painaminen, syvään hengitys, yskiminen.. ihannaa! :D Onneks mun oikeet kylkiluut ei haluu olla kipeenä.

Nyt valmistautumaan neuvolaan!!

Sanomunsanoneen.. huomenna neukku ja oon ihan varma ettei maha oo kasvanu mihinkään... :/ :D
Musta tää maha ei enää kasva! Tai sitten totuin siihen alun huimaan kasvuun ja nyt sitten tuntuu ettei kasva yhtään... Vauva kyllä tuntuu tulevan isommaksi ja vahvemmaksi kokoajan.. Satuttanut vasemman puolen kylkiluutkin niin että vasemmalle kun kroppaa kääntää niin vihloo sinne luihin tai jos nousee ylös esim. sängyltä tai painaa kädellä niitä luita ja huomasinpa tossa että myös jos syvään vetää henkeä niin kylkiluihin vihlaisee. oikealla ei tunnu mitään.
Mutta huomennapa se selviääpi mitä sinne nyt sitten kuuluu. :) Toisaalta kun Untamo liikkuu ja möyrii, venyttelee ja hikkaa kovasti niin luulisis kaiken olevan ainakin ookoo :)
