Raskaan metallin superbändi heittää Helsingissä kaksi keikkaa ensi kesäkuussa.

Juuri uusimman levynsä Death Magnetic julkaissut Metallica esiintyy Helsingin Hartwall Areenalla 14. ja 15. kesäkuuta. Yleisökapasiteetti on konserteissa poikkeuksellisen suuri, sillä esiintymislava on sijoitettu Areenan keskelle. Näin ollen yleisö näkee bändin joka puolelta hallia.

Metallicaa lämmittelevät jenkkibändit Lamb of God ja Mastodon.

Liput kesäkuun konsertteihin tulevat myyntiin maanantaina 20. lokakuuta. Myyntirajoitukseksi on asetettu 2 lippua yhtä asiakasta kohden.

Edellisen kerran Metallica esiintyi Suomessa Olympiastadionilla kesäkuussa 2007. Konsertti myytiin loppuun vajaassa tunnissa.
