Stearing into the eyes of the night,
a glimpse of demise I see,
watching the fire of life fading away,
revealing the remains of our dreams.
Waiting for the saviour from above,
angels eyes are blinded by the pain,
the sands of time are blowing us away,
sinking us to the shoreless seas.
The waves of the crimson sea are washing us away,
in it's cold embraze we will see,
we were gone a long time ago.
Spinning ever faster,
drowning forever deeper,
we were blind for far too long,
Now we're paying the prize.
There's no angels to save us now,
we forgot them long ago..
