Dear diary,

After turning back and forth in my bed for hours, trying to get some sleep, I decided to use my time for something else than worrying and waiting. I know my laptop doesn't have the same technology as our lab computers, but at least I could plan somekind of schematics. To solve a problem how to cure everyone who's infected, I'd either have to give the vaccine to every host that carries it, or make it so that it'd also spread. Of course, then we would have to worry if it'd have bad side effects, or if it'd change also in some way. Drawing board, here I come, we have big stakes in the game.
