I read it in a Haiiro no Ginka translation from 2007 that Kyo doesn't respect Kiyoharu anymore, and surprise, he got the butterfly overinked by the ghoul, which I think is definitely more suited for Kyo - not that I know him in person or anything, I just think it matches his style far better then a beautiful butterfly. I hope you get what I mean."
