It seems like a lot of people could walk in the back door of his family without asking. I'm a private person and the idea of that makes me shiver. If you can't lock the world out, then you're always on display. Maybe that doesn't matter if you're not holding yourself together, praying you won't fall apart or embarrass yourself any time you're in the company of others. Maybe when you have a perfect life you don't mind who pops in unexpected, because you can cope without forgetting how to breathe unless you count the seconds flashing by.
