Not been here for ages. I moved to Stockholm in Sweden after 3 years in Copenhagen, Denmark. I just got here a couple of months ago and I got a job offer in New York. I don't know, I would of course love to go. It is a great opportunity and they would handle all costs for moving etc and are prepared to guarantee 3 years of pay whatever happends.

Well, otherwise, all is well.

Well, another monday is here. Luckily the weather here in Copenhagen is starting to be very nice. So even at 6 when I headed in to work the sun was giving some warmth and it was quite comfortable.

Can't wait for summer tho. Have booked some time back home with my family in Uusikaupunki. Will be nice to come home for a while, see what everyone been up to. Then I am thinking of renting a cabin somewhere in the middle of the country, next to a lake and of course with a sauna and spend a week or two there. Just relaxing and enjoying life.

Had a great night, we beat the Tjeckies in hockey, had a good time with friends and laughed a lot.

Have yet to sleep today as we looked on a lot of games yesterday, so going to be al ong day at work.

A new week has begun. Was up early today. Took a long shower and planned my day. Was in at the office at around six, totally empty of course. But got a lot of done before anyone else got in, so planning on leaving early today to do some shopping. I really don't like to shop, until I am at the actual stores. Then I find it quite fun, but always end up buying stuff I really don't need.

Had a fun incident friday evning. Was going home on the train and was taking it easy and reading my book. Suddenly the person next to me gets a call and answers. Took me a while to realise that she was speaking in finnish. Of course it's not polite to listen in, but some things you can't but help to overhear. The girl was a bit, how you say, open in what she was discussing with the other person and had to bite my tounge not to laugh. Before I got off I got a call, answered the phone with my name, and Joni is not really a name that can be misstaken to be from somewhere else.

She became very quiet then and when I got up to get off the train later she almost looked like she wanted to say something, so I just gave her a smile and got off.

Well, back to the old grind at my normal work now.

I liked the US trip, as always, and already miss my friends an coworkers over there. But don't take me wrong, there is a lot of crap also in the US that you hope never makes it outside that country.
